    Creamy Dill Dressing (Raw Version and The Un-raw vegan version)

    1 package firm tofu (for the raw version, use 1/2 cup raw pine nuts or cashews)
    2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
    3 tablespoons rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    1 teaspoon garlic powder (3-4 fresh garlic cloves)
    1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed (few sprigs of fresh dill)
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt

    Its a yummy recipe either way!

    Tonight's Dinner: Seaweed, kale, cucumber, red onion, almonds, sunflower seeds, raisins, romaine lettuce, sesame seed salad with a lemon garlic tahini dressing and a sprinkle of cayenne and herbamare. Succulent Eating!
