About
First hand exposure to business has allowed me to experience organisations from the ground or worker bee level to the air-conditioned executive offices. Functioning in many and varied industries, disciplines and cultures allowed me the vision and experience to separate common from unique both to individuals and business.
These insights allow me truly understand people and businesses their perspectives, expectations, drivers and measurement criteria. Understanding of motivation awards identification of the problems that hold individuals, groups and organisations captive; preventing them from achieving the remarkable (which they were destined for).
Investigation then exposes the cause(s) of the problems (some of which are prevalent and/or generic) and solutions can be identified, researched, tested and refined into tools, methods and programs to EFFECTIVELY and PERMANENTLY addresses the causes of these problems.
If the problems are solved at the cause level the symptoms disappear and the solutions change your life, the lives of those that work for your company and seemingly everybody around you for the better.
NOTE - The word problems is used collectively and inclusively to describe:
Difficulties, hitches, complications, troubles, tribulations, struggles, inconveniences, setbacks, drawbacks, hindrances, catches, obstructions, obstacles, puzzles, conundrums, challenges, enigmas, crises, dilemmas, predicaments, constraints, limitations, restrictions, limitations, boundaries, restrictions, inadequacies, imperfections, weaknesses and shortcomings.
These represent physical, emotional and intellectual barriers that prevent progress, prosperity, achievement and fulfillment.
Simple concept – “Learn from other people’s experiences because you will not live long enough to do it all on your own”.
