I have been a professional writer for 35 years and a project manager for 20 years. I am adept at approaching challenges from both a left-brain (analytical) and right-brain (creative) perspective, providing a holistic solution to your business and marketing challenge. I have reviewed, critiqued and edited over a thousand business plans over the last decade. I have seen some great ideas and some lame ideas and I've seen both kinds fail and both kinds succeed. The common thread between the business ventures that are most successful is the clarity of the vision of the entrepreneur.

Experience, timing, financial backing, ingenuity... none of that matters if you don't have a clear vision and solid understanding of WHY you are in business. Once you figure out the "WHY?" the HOW becomes simply an exercise in self-determination.

ABOUT ME:
Wesley A. Whittaker left a twenty-eight year career as a designer, field engineer and project manager in the electrical engineering and construction field to go to work as the Business Development and Management Consultant for INNERmedia Coaching and Consulting. Wes holds a BA in Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University and has taken several continuing education courses in business development and project management.

He has written business and marketing plans for several startup firms around the country and focuses on helping entrepreneurs and small business owners define their vision, design their plans and deliver on their potential. As former CMO of Henry & Munroe LLC, Wesley helped package and present promising projects to obtain funding for startups and development. Wesley started Wheatfield Business Development & Research LLC in 2010 to further focus his attention on assisting entrepreneurs and small business owners in developing a success mindset.
