Where do the Helpers go when they need help?

I invite you to respond to this blog if you would be interested in participating in an Acceptance Group for Trauma Survivors on this site?  It would follow the format suggested in my book, Acceptance Groups for Survivors, A Guide for Facilitators.  The book is available from my web site.

The  opening statement of the group is:
Recovery does not mean that you wake up one day and you're fine.  It does not mean you don't get confused and it certainly does not mean that you regain the life you had prior to your trauma.  / Recovery to a person who has experienced a trauma is making progress.  Making progress is accepting your deficits, learning success strategies to help you with those deficits, and learning to love and value yourself.

The group is divide into four, six week sessions.  1) Dealing with Me
2) Dealing with Others 3) Dealing with Feelings 4) Putting it Together

Five questions are asked in each group.  Answers are meant to be short and immediate responses.  At the end of each group, a final question is asked or a positive self-statement can be made.  This is the only time group members are expected to participate.

At this time, I'm just trying to gage the level of interest for holding one of my ACCEPTANCE GROUPS  for Motivational Whisperers.  So please let me know.
