Would you like to have more peace, health, happiness and abundance in your life?

Would you like to have more peace, health, happiness and abundance in your life?


Have you identified the things that provide or create them?
Are you doing these things yet?

 
Interesting questions, aren't they.  One of the things that I KNOW brings more peace, health, happiness and abundance is meditation. If you're a Silva Method Graduate, you've heard me (or another instructor) talking about this. You may sort of know that meditation does this but still not spend time regularly experiencing that quiet time...meditation.

 
Ask yourself "Why?" or "Why not?" What's so hard about taking 10 or 15 minutes a day to sit still, eyes closed, and experience the quiet?
Part of the answer may be that you think you have to DO something to be of value, to be of worth, to be effective and productive. Yet the 'busyness' of doing may actually repel the very things we're desiring and expecting!
But now ask yourself "If I don’t think I'm worthy of taking this time, would Source believe I truly value the things (peace, health, happiness and abundance) that I say I desire? ...things that come through meditation?" 


"Does Source believe I desire lowered stress?" "...more income?" "...solutions to problems?" "...a better life?" etc.
"By my actions, what am I showing Source I desire?"
 
 
Some people feel that spending time in meditation is selfish yet taking care of yourself assures that you have the ability to share more with others. Remember: the more abundance we have, the more we can share with others...the more time we have to be with family and friends...and the more adventures we may experience. 
 
 
So let's think about what meditation really is.  It's a quiet time, usually with eyes closed.   Seems simple to me. How about you?
But is there more to it?


 Well, there may be. It depends on what form of meditation you're using as well as what your intentions and expectations are.
Many people meditate to enhance spiritual growth and deepen inner peace.
 
They listen for the 'still, soft voice' of their Guidance/Source. Ask a question...receive an answer.

 
By the way, 'voice' may suggest you could be 'hearing voices' like a mentally ill person. Not so. Some people may seem to hear something but it's almost always 'inside their head' not in their ears. Most often, it's a thought or series of thoughts on the same or similar theme.
 
Some people use this quiet time to 'program' for specific manifestations such as improved health, a life partner, a new job...in other words, a specific outcome.
 
Other benefits would be managing stress, energize, center and balance the physical, emotional and mental bodies. No matter why you take this quiet time - meditation - you benefit.
 
I'd like to remind you of the saying “energy flows where attention goes.” 
Every time you have a thought - no matter what the topic - you've turned on a magnet that draws it to you. Certainly if you have few thoughts on one topic, it's a very weak magnet. Lots of thoughts means a strong magnetic attraction.
 
Lots of thoughts on your desired outcome or goal, makes a strong attraction. If your thoughts are fearful, then you're attracting situations which cause you to feel more fear! 
 
Whenever you repeatedly think of the same thing, you're drawing it to you. 
Whether you're a Silva Graduate or not, you can take a few minutes, a few times a day, to just sit with your eyes closed. Follow your breath and let your mind grow quieter. Know that on the in-breath you're experiencing healthy energy. On the out-breath, you send out worry, stress, tension and limiting beliefs. Doing this slows the mind-chatter.
 
Sitting quietly for 15 minutes, three times a day improves health - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
This can make a powerful difference in your life...even if all you do is take time to breathe.

I Watched the Secret did the Law of Attraction. Why isn't My Life Perfect?

I watched The Secret several years ago, and (like so many of you) immediately wanted to learn more about the Law of Attraction. I was fired up and inspired knowing that we have the power to create our ideal lives simply by changing our thoughts. Wow. Amazing. An aha moment for sure.

I  began focusing on my thoughts and being more aware of whether they were the types of thoughts that I wanted to be having. Would I be thinking these thoughts in my ideal life? And if not, I would concentrate on creating them – happy, positive, loving, inspired thoughts.

I was truly ready to change my life. I was excited to create my new life – filled with only great people, things, and thoughts that I had attracted into it.

Like most of us, I had such good intentions. I though I really gave the Law of Attraction a real go.  I had a partner who was right there with me, I had supportive friends and family cheering me on. But things didn’t change – at least not as quickly as I hoped they would. And I became discouraged. Why was it taking longer than I originally planned? Why wasn’t I attracting the wonderful life that I wanted?

And years later, I am realizing that the Law of Attraction is a natural law. We are constantly attracting into our lives things we thingk about whether we are aware of it or not. When I worry about not having enough money, I am attracting not having enough money. When I say my affirmations, but then immediately go back to allowing my inner critic to run the show, I am attracting more of this negative self talk.

When I dream of the life I want but don’t take any concrete action to create this life, I am attracting more of the same into my life – more dreams, but nothing tangible.

Wow.

The Law of Attraction isn’t magic (although it feels that way sometimes). It is occurring all around us each and every day – it is a natural universal law. We have the choice to create our best lives by working with this law instead of against it.

If we want to live the life of our dreams, we have to be conscious. We have to be aware of our thoughts, our limiting beliefs, and our saboteur. We must begin to take action toward creating our ideal life.

Look at your life right now. If there is any part of it that you aren’t happy with, take a moment to realize that you created it. Your thoughts and actions put you right where you are today. This is a tough one to realize because it’s hard to imagine that we wouldn’t automatically create a wonderful life for ourselves.

But know that you do have the ability to create this life – it’s never too late to start.

I am doing this exact thing for myself. I am constantly going back to my thoughts and making sure they are the types of thoughts that I want to be having. When I catch myself worrying about something, I try to stop it as quickly as I can and switch to an empowered thought.

 

I try to take action steps toward my dreams – meeting the universe half way. I take a look at my limiting beliefs and counter them with abundant beliefs. And if I fall off the wagon, so to speak, I pick myself right back up and begin again.

Creating your ideal life through the law of attraction is a conscious choice, and it takes constant practice. But I know that it works – I have seen amazing changes already in my own life due to simply changing my thoughts and beliefs. I know that we each have the power within us to do this – so let’s just do it!

How to Manifest Abundance in Challenging Times.

In these challenging times the principles for manifesting abundance need to be honed, shared and practiced more than ever.   The Law of Attraction and related teachings, including those found in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques

 State the importance in being specific in what you ask for.  For instance, the naming of the area in life or career that you are interesting in manifesting abundance in, with specific intentions as to what you are seeking will facilitate the process. 

Your  intention for manifesting abundance must be high energy with positive words and images and may include specific numerical figures.  The importance of using high energy positive language is because your subconscious  picks up on the negative word, no matter what context you use. 

We manifest abundance by letting it in and releasing resistance which may show itself in the form of fear, anger and shutting down.
  The process is similar to prater, with more personal involvement.  We must be aware and alert to change and notice when circumstances/conditions are right for manifesting abundance- and then take action!

 Here are a few "mantras" that can be used with visualization:

  • let abundance into the area of...
  • allow $$ __ to flow freely into my life..
  • allow love into my life and allow me to send it out
  • allow me to stay focused in my ___ work..

 

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a technique-tool for manifesting abundance.  An example of an effective set-up phrase with the EFT "choice method":

 

"Even though I am struggling with financial issues, I choose to manifest abundance in the form of  attracting several(  2-5) thousand dollars per week into my career."

 

After tapping the points for three sets you will notice your perception of the concept of manifesting this specific abundance skyrocket!!

 

Since I've been been meditating and tapping with the art of manifesting abundance, I've seen amazing results as have my clients.  It is equally important to surround yourself with supportive, high energy, positive people!

 

If you believe all this is true and find yourself procrastinating in taking steps to manifest abundance, then it is a sign that one or more of these fears are influencing you:

  • fear of judgement
  • fear of failure
  • fear of success
  • fear of being controlled.

Pure Manifestation This is the Perfect Time To Get Clarity About What You Want
