Hurricane/Disaster Emotional Relief with EFT

While you must follow common sense and evacuate when it’s necessary and  make sure you have enough emergency supplies on hand, there is no need to spend hours or even minutes in terror while riding out the storm.

Neurobiologist Jill Bolte Taylor explains that the brain and body are
designed to react to trauma by setting off an emotional response and that
the neurophysiology of the body is set up to allow us to feel that emotion
AND RELEASE IT within 90 seconds.

It’s when we hold on to the emotion, and replay the pattern, that the
emotional response gets caught in our body and we hold on to the anxiety,
the stress, and even the terror.

So..the  best time to tap away the emotion is when you are feeling it -before it gets a chance to get stuck in your body.

If you think about it, releasing the anxiety and stress leaves you more clear-headed to logically deal with traumatic events such as hurricanes.

TIP #1: TAP IN THE MOMENT
If you find yourself experiencing this hurricane, or any other scary event,
tap while it is happening. As soon as you feel any anxiety, stress or
terror, start tapping on the EFT tapping points.

If you are not familiar with EFT you can view charts of the tapping pointshere as well as my intro EFT video.

Don’t worry about a setup statement or what to say while tapping the side of
the hand/karate chop point.  That’s designed to get you focused on the
problem, and if you are in the middle of the storm, you are already focused
on the problem.

So simply start tapping the points on the face, collarbone, and under the
arm. You can say whatever is going through your mind, or relate what is
happening around you, or say something that makes you feel better such as,
“I’m safe, I’m OK right now, I will survive.”

TIP #2: THE FOREHEAD HOLD
This is great to teach children, or to do with children, and of course for
yourself.

Placing the palm of your hand across your forehead helps bring energy and
blood into the forebrain of your body and get you out of the fight-or-flight
response that drains the blood from your forehead to your chest (fight) or your legs (flee).

Lightly holding the palm of your hand across your forehead – sometimes for
10 or 15 minutes or more – will help you think clearly just when you need it
the most. This will also retrain your body not to go into that
fight-or-flight blood-rushing-from-your brain response.

You might find yourself doing this instinctively, especially with your
children. However, doing this for a few seconds doesn’t help that much – to
get maximum benefit, you want to hold your hand across the forehead until
you feel the pulsing  above the eyebrows on both sides of the forehead.

And!  you can supercharge your EFT tapping by placing the palm of one hand
across your forehead and tapping the points with your other hand.

TIP #3: TAP THE GAMUT POINT

Mostly forgotten recently in tapping, and hugely underutilized, the Gamut
Point on the back of the hand directly influences the meridian (energy
channel) that is involved in the fight-or-flight reaction.

Anytime you feel a sudden rush of emotion such as fear or anxiety (or even
anger or frustration) tapping or massaging the Gamut Point may help lower
the intensity of your reaction.

To find the Gamut Point, make a fist with one hand, and you will see a
depression between the knuckles of the fourth and fifth fingers on the back
of the hand (not between the knuckles but a little beneath the knuckles on
the hand). This depression is where to tap – or rub – to help release the
fear so you can feel safe.

BTW- Massaging the Gamut Point really helps in social situations if you  feel as if  you may  lose it and don’t
want to tap the face points.

Again, if you are feeling the fear in the moment, don’t worry so much about
what to say. You don’t really have to say anything. Just focus on the
feeling, massage or tap the Gamut Point, and notice as you feel calmer and
more able to handle the situation.

You may add the Gamut Point to your EFT tapping sequence.

Experiment with these three processes – tapping the EFT points in the moment
while focused on your emotional reaction, holding your forehead in the palm
of your hand (remember this is great for kids) and taking advantage of the
Gamut Point on the back of your hand.

I trust that we will stay safe and stay calm through the storm that is about to hit NYC and Long Island in the wee hours.  I have my suitcase packed and will sleep in clothes to go..with cats in the carrier!

Why Some Stress is Good for You

The good news is that some positive stress is good for you; it can make life both rich and satisfying.  Your body can't tell the difference between a positive or negative stressor.  Many people think of stress as another way of saying tension or pressure.  Actually, stress is simply the way we respond to change.  Most people think of stressors, or things that cause stress, as negative, such as traffic, a difficult job, a divorce.  Stressors can also be positive experiences- like having a baby, getting married, winning a sports match or completing a satisfying project are all changes that can activate your stress response.  Your body responds to stress in many ways including hearbeat, blood pressure and blood sugar increases.  These effects, unchanged for thousands of years, helped prehistoric humans survive by helping them run away faster or fight harder, which is why we often call our body's reaction to stress the "fight or flight" response.

The right balance of stress is what keeps you going to meet life's challenges, experiences and goals.  It is necessary to to let off steam and relax, even when things are "going well".  Help your body recover from all stress, even when you feel satisfied.  Here's how:

  •  Exercise on a regular basis
  • Get plenty of rest and sleep
  • Eat healthfully
  • Practice meditation and/or relaxation on a regular basis
  • Have fun!

Many in Search of Anxiety Help!

Foods that Feed The Pineal Gland

Our pineal gland otherwise known as our master gland or the gland that governs over our third eye is the center of psychic awareness in the human mind. It is about the size of a pea and sits inside a cave located behind the pituitary gland. It naturally produces a hormone called melatonin which regulates human daily body rhythms that deal directly with the day and night cycles. Developing and expanding the function and the energy of your pineal gland is extremely important as it affects every system in your body physically and it has the potential to determine the expansion or the contraction of your psychic awareness, consciousness, and experience.

Sunlight is extremely important for the pineal gland and yes sunlight is a form of food as food is any substance that nourishes the body. Sunlight can be taken in and digested through the eyes, skin, hair, nose hairs, and ears and should be consumed for at least 30 minutes a day. To fully engage the pineal gland, sunlight should be taken in through the pupils.

Seaweed vegetables that are sun-dried by the sun contain high amounts of vitamin D, many vitamins in the B-vitamin family and iodine. Those vegetables include and are not limited to kombu, arame, wakame, dulse, nori, etc.

Dark leafy greens like our kale, turnip greens, mustard greens, bok choy, collard greens etc are
extremely nourishing for the pineal gland as this gland absorbs the properties of the green color of the vegetables and properly distributes them to the appropriate systems of the body so that the body is thoroughly nourished.

Consuming meats including fish that has high amounts of mercury, carbonated beverages, fluoride in our water and our toothpaste and access to smog negatively affect the pineal gland and can block its ability to function properly. When you consume meat from an animal, you are ingesting the DNA of that animal and therefore taking on the negative and positive experiences of an animal which could interrupt the ability of the pineal gland to take on its own psychic awareness blueprint of the individual.

The proper foods can positively affect your pineal gland but you can also activate your pineal gland by eating more of a raw foods, vegan, or vegetarian diet, running an ozone machine in your home to clean up the air in your home, and drinking filtered water. As much as the pineal gland needs sunlight, it also needs to produce enough serotonin to be activated so that it can increase its psychic awareness therefore serotonin is produced when the brain is asleep and therefore sleeping in a very dark room is extremely nourishing for the pineal gland as well. Foods that produce serotonin are almonds, bananas, hot peppers, rice, potatoes, and black-eyed peas and when consumed can also nourish and feed the pineal gland as well.

Recently, I was asked the following question. “From the Bible's point of view, what is going on in the world of finance and the so called downfall of institutions? How can I gain more confidence or what the religious call faith?”

 

I am not an expert on the Bible but I do know that the Bible is a record of spiritual history, not physical history. The world and all within it is the product of a dream. God is dreaming. The reality of the world is within. Everything you see on the outside is only a reflection of a process occurring on the inside.

 

Consciousness gives all things reality. And so it is with the world of finance, business, and institutions. Don’t get stuck looking on the outside for solutions. Look within yourself for that is where everything lives. Tap into your courage. Ask yourself: What am I conscious of, lack or abundance, greed or prosperity, breakdowns or breakthroughs? With an activated imagination you can cultivate the power to summon successful results and become prosperous.

 

 

You are a dreamer and a dreamer of dreams. This means you have the power to envision ideals in your mind. Think deeply until you know that there is a creative power that always responds to your ideals.

 

  • Seek to stop all the self-condemnation.
  • Give up feeling sorry for yourself.
  • Should a thought of hostility or resentment towards another pop into your mind, use your power to choose another idea.
  • Do this and you will free yourself from all the stings and arrows that attack you. In other words, you will no longer feel irritated and upset by people, situations and things on the outside.

 

As for faith, everything you now do is done by faith. Walk out the door, or drive down the street, and you have placed your faith in departures and arrivals. Currently, there are millions of people who have invested their faith (feelings) in poverty, loss, lack, limitation and failure. They have 100% confidence in their problems and the reality of recessions, and depressions.

 

Be not deceived. Now is the time to develop faith in your Self. Learn to invest your feelings in self-healing, achievement, joy, success, happiness, gratitude and abundance, and in time the memory of lack will wither until you have forgiven yourself.

 

As yourself: What do I want to invest in from this moment forward – faith and confidence in creative fulfillment or fear of loss and failure?

 

Choose now because:

 

  • You are the pattern-maker of your life.
  • You are the director of infinite power.
  • You set the Law of Attraction into motion.
  • You are the dreamer and the dream-maker of your life.

 How? Contemplate love in the midst of chaos.  Howl at the moon if you must but sing out:

 

HEALING LOVE IS FLOWING THROUGH ME (AND ALL WHO I LOVE),

PERMEATING MY WHOLE BEING.  I let go and let Spirit take over in perfect faith

that only harmony, and greater good shall come to pass in the right way at the right moment.

 

Do this and you will align yourself with the Power that brings all your beliefs to pass. You will be fulfilling spiritual history as well as using the Laws of Life in a creative way to buffer the blows of the physical dimension.

Consciousness in action is imagination in action!

Are Your Resistance and Doubts Keeping You Stuck?

I am always amazed when people talk about their intentions and how much they want to make their life great. It is inspiring to listen to another person’s hopes and dreams, yet within minutes, no matter what they have said, accomplished or how much they have acquired, so often they exhibit some dominant limiting pattern of thought, beliefs, and habits that leaves them feeling hopeless, powerless, and stuck in resistance. It is this resistance or mood that prevents them from achieving the next level of success.

If we would stop long enough to examine ourselves, we would probably discover that we are hanging out in a fortress of resistance and a habitat of doubts. The walls of fear are fortified with reasons and excuses for why things are the way they are. A person’s resistance to changing their well fed habits is having more power over them than their desire or determination to realize their goals. They are lacking in decision and the commitment to break free. 

Often doubts trigger automatic resistance and reactions. It takes no effort to react compulsively, without taking the time to use a solution based approach or the creative thinking required to design a new response. We all have our compulsive reactions. We all are misused by them. We all have play acted as if we had been rendered impotent and powerless by some person, event, or situation. The truth is that this is simply habit and old conditioning showing up. 

  • What are some of your learned doubts and excuses for not facing or dealing with your resistance? List the obvious ones.
  • What do they give you?
  • What comfort do they offer? Now go for the really subtle ones. This will take some effort. It takes a disciplined eye to catch and expose these inner parasites and bring the boogie monster out into the light.

Resistance-boogie-monster-thoughts” can scream and torture you, frightening you with their negative messages. Sometimes they are so loud you want to cover your head for fear that someone else will hear. Then there are the seductive ones, the simmering ones that flow in a quiet whisper, like brook water, past our sensors and inner ear. Do any of these sound familiar?

“It’s not my fault that it happened, it’s hers.”

“I am so tired and just too stressed out.”

“If only I had the money.”

“I just can't find the time.”

“I promise I will start right after …”

“Times are hard for everyone. The world is going to pot.”

“I guess I just accept living a life that doesn’t make me happy.”

“I can’t forgive, you don’t know what they did to me.”

“Money, I need money. If I had money, then I’d be happy.”

Do you ever wonder why you cling to ideas that are inspired by rejection, sadness, and mistaken choices?There may be many good reasons for you to feel the way that you feel right now. Seek to understand them and then open the door to your true passion. You have so much to gain if you will seek to correct all “the hurt” and move beyond the resistance.

Resistance and doubts are frequently fueled from fear of success. So often you sit around waiting for someone to rescue you, notice you, want you, need you and you focus everywhere else to avoid the beginning of healing. You anticipate problems, give up at challenges, and lose faith in yourself when storms appear. You sit down on the side lines for time-out when you should be getting back up and deciding that you are the next all-star come back kid of the season.  Isn't it time to break out of your lobster trap of resistance and doubts and stop repelling the love, happiness, and success that are here right now? When you fall into the excuse, resist, and doubt yourself mode, you are using the laws of success in opposition to their intent of fulfilling your goals.

You are designed to be all that you desire to be.

If you want to become a vibrant, creative, responsible, powerful, human being, then stop transferring all of your power over to inner soundtracks that derail your forward motion. Refuse to allow people and circumstances to slowly strip away your natural ability to design new success results. Habit, resistance, and excuses, and addiction to failure sabotage more dreams that any outer circumstances and keep you bound to an unhappy past memory. They cause more misery than any epidemic or terrorist attack.  

Why allow your denial and low frequency feeling to camouflage truth another moment? Why permit your old record of excuses to reprogram your best-designed hopes and aspirations and rob you of a life of rich experiencing that you will love? 

Think of a moment when you achieved success using Spiritual Laws and had a great breakthrough whether in your personal life or in your career, in finances or in spiritual awareness. Can you see the possibility that you attracted success because you felt confident, because you had an inner conviction and your inner blueprint was strong?

*** You banished doubt and did not allow yourself to cave in to old patterns or let old excuses stop you.

*** You refused to let your past memory torpedo you in the present moment.

*** You removed your focus from a harvest of doubts and excuses and used your emotional fertilizers to achieve your goals.

*** You  stopped being seduced, and ultimately you chose a new thought pattern.

*** You  consciously declared success, and summoned the fulfillment of your dream.  

BRAVO!!! I
f you did it once in any area of your life, you can reframe your perception anytime. You can redesign anything when you have a strong enough desire to live in a "doubt/fear-free inner zone.” 

There comes a time when your decision, courage, commitment, and progress must no longer be halted by the line-up of excuses, justifications, doubts, and resistance. There comes a time when you need to test spiritual principles out and know if they are true, and to do this you must remain committed to your images and take the time to invest in designing new beliefs until you believe in yourself. 

Choose now: Do you want to surrender all excuses for accepting what you don't want? Or do you want to grow, expand, advance, and succeed? 

If you really deep listen and know what you want, and if you understand the laws of success and apply them faithfully, then you will have found the best antidote to the chronic return to resistance and abuse by doubts. It is to have a strong and vital image for your life, one that deeply ignites you into action, into joy, into feeling alive and wonderful, right here and now. Taking inner action prepares the way for the energy for opening doors to success where you didn’t even know they existed!

Learn to Image First Now!

Will you accept the challenge to change one area of your life where you're not making the progress you dream of? Start by identifying the top five doubts you use to avoid really changing yourself. Ask yourself how you use resistance to justify your current problems.

Are you ready to commit to aligning yourself with your new mental success blueprint instead of returning your old habits? If you are, then take a deep breath, stand up tall, and consciously claim this area of your life as a doubt and fear-free zone.

Activate your imagination. Image First and you will set a new pattern into motion for all future creative acts and results. Do this and you will prove to yourself that there is but one substance, consciousness or energy, and you are free to use it in creating your world and yourself.

Consciousness in action is imagination in action! Remember that your feelings can link you to a world where all things are possible once you know How to Unleash the Power Within and Attract Money and Discover the Power of Imagination.

I am a dreamer and a dream maker. I can dream and imagine as no other person in the world dreams and imagines. But  who or what in me creates? Imagination!  Imagination is the one true creative force in the universe.
 
Wake up! Look around. Can you show me anything in the world of effects that a human being created that didn't start as a dream, picture, thought or feeling in the mind of that person? All things that exist in the world are results of the creative use or misuse of imagination.
 
Do you know of a book, painting, or symphony  that is now appreciated and known as "concrete reality", that wasn't first imagined?
 
All things are dreamed into being. 
 
Imaging is a creative act that expands the soul.  When I image, I dream.  I draw myself up from a cramped, stooping place in my mind and enlarge my concept of myself.   When I turn to my own wonderful human imagination I engage in spiritual exercise. There are many ways to KNOW THYSELF. The way of the traditionalist is not the way of the mystic.  Each one of us must rise up out of the "pit of ignorance" and find our way to "Truth". We all begin at the level of our own experience.
 
Activate your Imagination. IMAGINATE! IMAGE FIRST! 
 
You become what you imagine (believe) and attract what you feel to be true! Imagination is limitless, boundless and holds the answer to all questions once it is disciplined and awakened.Imagine beauty, peace, joy, love, and abundance. Now trust and allow the creative power within you to externalize your dream. Do this and you will find God.

BRAVING THE  FINANCIAL STORM

Have you been feeling pressured, worried or overwhelmed by responsibilities and financial concerns? There's an old saying: "When the going gets tough, the tough get going".

Here are seven suggestions that if accepted and applied will help you gain control of your focus and time, and open the door to living a more relaxed life:

1. Take a Deep Breathe! It Works!

Rather than listen and hold court on all of the catastrophic predictions being blasted out into the Universe, stop for a moment, and simply be with yourself. Deep Breathe and you will loosen the tension in your joints. Remind yourself several times a day of how good it feels to be calm. If you make time to relax and rest, you will slowly break free from routines that distract and upset you. Relaxing goes hand in hand with turning within for wisdom and guidance. Put on some music! As you deep breathe and relax your body on a daily basis, not only will you calm down, but you will discover inner resources that live within the depths of your being.

2. Stop Looking for a Red Pill!

Instead of looking for a quick financial fix, find ways to release frustrating energy. Re-connect to your self-worth not just your net worth. Now is the time to become creatively responsive - not aggressive. Develop patience, perception and persistence as you learn to walk through a storm with your head held high! Every time you learn something new from a challenging situation, congratulate yourself. Remember, it is helping you to grow into an empowered being.

3. Design a Fabulous Money Blueprint and Transform Your Fears!

Feast your eyes on your inner lighthouse (mental blueprint) until it motivates you to take action towards its realization. Tap into your courage moment by moment and your doubts will dissolve. Encourage yourself to move out of your comfort zone and keep going no matter how bleak the situation appears. Nothing can stop the fulfillment of your dream except an opposing belief.

4. Cultivate Play Dates. Laugh and Have Fun!

There is a line in the play "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" that goes like this. "You have to laugh, especially when things aren't so funny." Laughter is the best medicine. Did you know that children laugh around four hundred times a day? How often do you laugh? The point is that we all need to replenish ourselves. Do you value leisure time or is it a thing of the past in your lifestyle. Recreation helps us surrender all unnecessary pressure and demands that we place on ourselves and those we love. Fun is essential in the maintenance of health. Consider creating some fun time to express your talents and abilities in a hobby, sport or artistic endeavor.

5. Learn to Focus on the Good that You Are Receiving. Experience the Moment. Start Living Now!

Instead of multi-tasking or concentrating on problem after problem or talking about what you are losing, get in touch with the present moment and focus on everything good that you are receiving. Last year while having lunch in Mexico, I had a conversation with a woman that left its mark. She said, "You know Melissa, if you practiced a little every day, I bet you could become a great receiver of the Universe's gifts." That comment has helped me live more in the moment and now I enjoy spending time giving thanks and acknowledging small gifts - an unexpected phone call, hearing good news about a friend or family members recovery, looking up at the sky, smelling a rose, or receiving an unexpected invitation. Right this minute a bird arrived on my window sill and he is chirping and singing his song. I have to stop and laugh. You see it doesn't matter what the gift is- what matters is that you learn to recognize all gifts. Feast your mind on what makes you feel good and give thanks that you are growing into a receptive, empowered receiver of Life's generous gifts.

6. Reach Out to Others.

Take a moment and think of someone who has been there for you.

* How did it make you feel?

*Do you consider yourself wealthy in friendship?

* Are you rich in love, truth principles, humor, good ideas and or forgiveness?

Share your compassion with those who are panicking over the world economy and wondering how they are going to cope with change. Let them know you care. I did not say sympathize with them but rather inspire them to shift into a new perspective - regardless of the financial storm. You never want to go down to the level of anyone's problem and vibrate (identify) with it, rather seek to uplift others through creative ideas, kindness and humor. It works. A month ago I received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers with an unsigned note. It brought me joy for days! Be creative. Pick up the phone, plan a pot luck dinner, send a note, flowers, or even an e-card and thank someone for being in your life. The more you give from your heart the more you will receive. Try it. Reach out and let someone know that you care and you will light up the Universe.

7. Set Your Priorities Because You Are Powerful.

Life consists of making decisions and choices. Instead of getting hysterical or rushing with the crowd, stop, breathe, and turn within to your own wonderful imagination.  You must decide what is most important to you. Now may be a good time to set a new course, let go of what needs to be released, navigate through the current up's and downs of world events with hope, or simplify your life and grow spiritually. I know it's not easy to break or make a new habit. But it is possible to achieve it if you have a dream or a desire to expand and grow.

I want you to remind you that you were born to express riches in all aspects of your life. Isn't it time that you became aware of your birthright to live the abundant life? Take time to invest in your most important asset - you. Do this and in time you may discover that the Universe will mirror a wonderful gift right back at you.

I CAN HEAL MYSELF AND I WILL

 During December I began to experience anxiety and frustration. Two days later I had a severe eye infection. I made an appointment with my doctor. Dr. Nevins is the head of Metropolitan Vision Care. He is a rare jewel of a medical doctor because he listens and gives every one of his patients his undivided attention. Dr Nevins is not a pill pusher. After giving me a serious eye exam, he explained my condition. He also mentioned that the condition could be chronic and take weeks or months to heal.

I understand the Power of Suggestion.

As I walked home I reminded myself that Life is Spiritual and I am a spiritual being having a human experience. If I created this illness scenario fueled from frustration and a misuse of the Laws that govern manifestation I could certinly change my belief by rising up into the "penthouse of my mind" and aligning with forgiveness and joy.
 
Here is what I did.
 
 As soon as I arrived home I did the ALOHA CD from the Power of Imagination program to relax.

Once calm I "saw" the connection between my eye problem and a technical website issue that I have had for months. I didn't want to see another tech glitch and soon realized that this was the cause of my distress. My focus was on the problem and not the solution and body was expressing my "stressed out feelings" in the area of my eyes.

I really like myself.
 
So, I decided to stop feeling frustrated by people, situations and things that trigger old habits. The moment I chose to step away from being a "fault finder" I began to re-image the outcome and I felt better. I used the SUNRISE CD and began to re-focus my mind towards perfect health. I forgave myself and began to look for the good expressing in my life.
 
At night, I saturated my mind with life giving healthy ideas and fell asleep in my Perfect Health Image as I listened to the SWEET DREAMS CD.

For the next two days I repeated my own prescription for healing. Then I returned to see Dr Nevins. Rather than have me tell you the story I asked Dr Nevins to write what he had observed. I now share it with you.

DR. NEVINS WRITES:

The most common complaints of patients in an eye doctor's office are that of dryness, excess tearing, itching, sandy feeling, burning, redness, swelling, eye strain, eye aches, headaches, and pain. There are many possible causes for these symptoms but by far the most frequently diagnosed problems are blepharitis and meibomitis. These conditions tend to be chronic in nature and can be problematic for patients throughout their adult life.

Blepharitis is an inflammation of the eye lid surfaces and lash margins, whereas meibomitis is an inflammation of the glands within the lids that empty at the lid margins. These glands produce oil called sebum which is essential for the formation of the normal tear film that covers and protects the surface of the eye.

Blepharitis and meibomitis can occur independently but frequently occur together. The treatment is various medications along with cleaning and lid hygiene techniques which bring relief.

Treatment needs to be sustained to some degree to keep the inflammation at bay and to keep the symptoms from reoccurring.

The cause is generally thought to be due to a buildup of the normal staphylococcus bacteria that live on the surface of the skin, lid margins, and in the meibomian glands. All individuals have these normally occurring bacteria. When the bacterial count rises and when toxins and waste products from these bacteria accumulate problems can occur.

In clinical practice it is common to see patients who are recovering from an illness, under excess stress, lacking in the proper diet or sleep fall host to the overgrowth of these bacteria. It can also be observed that an individual can help improve their resistance by correcting these underlying factors.

The usual treatment plan takes several weeks to months until the patient is relatively symptom free.
 
Are there ways we can accelerate this process?

A CASE IN POINT

Melissa came into the office with a number of symptoms and complaints. She woke up with her lids crusty, vision blurry, and itching all around her eyes. Upon examination, the skin was red, raw, and abraded. Her lashes and lid margins were inflamed along with a pus discharge coming from the glands in the lids. The usual oily droplet that is excreted by these glands to form the normal tear film was not present.
 
Melissa left the office with all the information and prescriptions to treat the blepharitis/meibomitis and was advised that it could take a month or more for the condition to get better.

She said that she would work on this condition additionally with her skills as an imagist, with positive focusing, and self healing.

Melissa came back for a follow-up examination in three days to make sure she was tolerating the medications and to review the complex treatment plan which is often confusing.

The skin around her eyes was mostly healed, the lids and lashes were markedly less inflamed, and the fluid coming out of her glands was mostly sebum, the necessary component to the tear film making her eyes much more comfortable.

This was truly an amazing recovery.

It is commonly believed in the medical community that our resistance to infection and illness can be markedly altered by our mental well being. We can use our mind to help create and maintain our health.

Melissa's life revolves around this very concept and undoubtedly played a large role in her rapid recovery with this otherwise beleaguering eye problem.

In ending this article let me say that my web challenges haven't been solved yet but I changed my reactions to the situation. Once I saw the connection between my frustration and my eyes I used my imagination and the Law of Cause and Effect constructively on my own behalf. And the Healer Within responded to my request.
