Research on this topic also states the following components are crucial for success: 1. Access your Intuition 2. Trust your intuition 3. Communicate assertively 4. Listen well 5. Take action We are all born with intuition so a challenge may be to learn to access that and trust yourself about it!
Personal challenges often arise including negative thinking or simply not trusting "the answers" that come up for you. You may accelerate your learning curve by quieting your mind so that you "hear" or intuit right choices. Develop patience and be aware of not acting "on impulse".
Practice "saying no" to create positive space for yourself and learn how to communicate assertively (not passively or aggressively). Hone your listening skills - to others as well as yourself! And finally, take action when you know the time is right (your intuition will tell you when:)), and without procrastinating- which is always fear based and ditch perfectionism to accomplish something meaningful and "on target."

The Zen Way of Life can be used for business with Mind Blowing Results.
"A journey of a thousand miles begins
with one small step"
It’s the getting started – the first small step that often seems insurmountable. Getting started can be tough. The good news is that when you do get started, things can roll along! There may be a few bumps in the road on the way to your goal, and that’s why it’s important not to take that personally (be obective as possible), detached from outcome (in the Zen tradition) and stay positive.
If you find yourself on the couch, perhaps the first small step is rolling over onto the floor – and if you have a pet getting some love there… smiling, laughing and feeling gratitude about whomever and whatever is happening well in your life.
It’s really important to be certain that a goal is something you really want- not just something that sounds good. Take all aspects of a situation into consideration, this helps to prevent self-sabotage. Having a realistic goal with a realistic time frame is important within a bigger picture. These are the “R” and “T” in SMART Goals.
Specific The goal should identify a specific action or event that will take place.
Measurable The goal and its benefits should be quantifiable.
Achievable The goal should be attainable given available resources.
Realistic The goal should require you to stretch some and point towards success.
Timely The goal should state the time period in which it will be accomplished
Write your goal in positive language. The more positive instructions you give yourself, the more positive results you get!
Here are a few more strategies for goal manifestation:
- Review and re-prioritize your goals frequently.
- Throughout the day ask yourself “does this take me closer or further from my goals(s)?”
- Give yourself permission to change your mind.
- Pay attention to your body, feelings, thoughts and

Attracting The Love You Desire
There are numerous books, classes and retreats on attracting your mate. You’ve spent time, energy and money but are still not in a relationship. Did you ever wonder where the information falls short? Let me tell you, much of the information you’ve used focuses on the other person, focuses outside of you.
The information you’ve gotten allows you to sabotage yourself
blocking you from the relationship you long
for. A feeling of helplessness comes over
you. Another year and you failed at having the
relationship you long for.
So that this year will be different, let’s start with
focusing on YOU. Focus on your
qualities, the things you enjoy, the things that make your heart
Loving YOU first is the beginning of having that relationship and is easier than you think. This process requires acknowledging and taking the time to really discover yourself. Where do you fall short on loving you? What do you constantly find fault with in you? Do you lament and wish for something different, almost always having a feeling of unease or a feeling of being incomplete?
This is a sure sign that you do not love YOU first!
Exercising control of your mind is the first step in Loving YOU first. Letting go of old beliefs that no longer serve you stimulates the energy to put yourself first. By taking this first step, you open your energy channels to give and receive.
Loving YOU first helps to turn the tables, stamp out the helpless feeling and ensures that you take right action to attract your mate. Using the three tips below gives you the courage and the right to fearlessly embrace your transformation of Loving YOU first.
1. Live on purpose. Using silence and planned mediation, allow your life’s purpose to wonderfully unfold before you. Discover the activities that make your heart sing. Engage joyfully in these activities.
2. Be honest. Be honest with yourself as well as others. What lies are you telling yourself based on false assumptions? The lies that you tell yourself are more harmful than those told to you by others because they undermine your self love.
3. Seek out and embrace new experiences. Your mind is much like a rubber band. Once expanded it never returns back to the original. Nothing sparks the mind like learning something new. Notice how easily you embrace the newness and it becomes a part of you.
Feel confident that you’re doing what’s right for
you. Reflect and meditate to make
sure you’re on your right track. Listen to your inner voice. Most
importantly, enjoy, have fun and know that loving YOU first is
the silver lining for shifting gears to be in the relationship

Everyone's got a story, right?
Revealing this makes you more human and more trustworthy- people buy from those they trust. Given the choice between two individuals of equivalent technical or business skill, people will hire someone they feel they KNOW better.
Sometimes it takes only one introduction, such as hearing you on a teleseminar or meeting you at a networking event, before folks know you're the one they want to work with.
The personal relationship that you develop -- sometimes over years -- that leads to new business. That's what your blogs, newsletters and presentations are for!
Getting personal is literally sharing parts of your personal, non-professional life with your readers and seminar attendees. Sometimes your personal note is related to a business message, and sometimes it's just not.
For example, when I wrote about my experience of my empty nest getting emptier- when my daughters each moved to Europe- there was no business message. It was completely personal. I share this story and many of my clients stories in my 2nd edition of my book, SOAR! with Resilience™ and my presentations, too. Everyone's got a story, right?

Have you ever asked someone the question how is life? What answer did they give? Did it seem to line up with what you know is going on in their life?
I recently asked a friend who I hadn't called for a while: "How is life?" Her response was: "Life is tough." And then she began to elaborate on how tough her life is. What do you think she experiences every day? That's right. That life is tough.
What is the meaning of life? Life has no meaning except the meaning you give to it. In other words life is neutral. So if you're experiencing a tough life the first thing to check is your attitude.
Perhaps you wake up some days feeling good about life and it's likely that if you stay with the good feelings you experience more positive things and at the end of that day you say I had a good day.
But there are days when for one reason or another you may wake up late for work, you rush out but your car doesn't start, another driver shouts at you in traffic, you get to your appointment late and toward the end of that day you receive some bad news. By the end of that day you feel out of control. Stop!
To get yourself out of feeling bad, stop, relax and take a couple of deep breaths. Breathe aloud the sound of Aah. It will help to center you.
Next, observe where your focus is... Third, do some activity that will help you switch your focus. Go for a walk, do some yoga, meditate, watch some comedy, write a gratitude journal, hug somebody or a pet.
You need to develop a daily practice to help you "respond instead of react" to life.
Here's a morning routine. Before getting out of bed visualize what you want for your day.
Example, run through the different activities you have lined up and see them all going the way you want. Focus on what you want, not what you don't want.
Next write a gratitude list. Third, listen to some inspiring music, pray or meditate.
Eliminate bad news at the start of your day. If you must have your fix of it do it later in the day and balance it with listening to or reading some good news. Begin to reduce your intake of bad news. Set boundaries around taking phone calls before you center yourself with your morning routine. Trust God/The Universe and Life to bring you good and not bring you harm.
If you practice this over a period of at least 90 days you will develop a habit. By then if someone asks you: "How is life?", you're likely to respond: "Life is beautiful."

A friend of mine passed this on to me and it has been one of the most valuable recommendations I've ever received.
It was in a newsletter from Ann Albers of www.visionsofheaven.com. Here it is:
"The angels gave me two tools to build my entire business. Simple as they seem, they both worked.
The first was just a little meditation. They had me sit quietly every morning, feeling how much I loved to help people. As I felt the love for my work, they had me imagine the light in my heart radiating out in all directions. I would let the light build until I was floating in a bubble of radiant light. At that point they told me to simply say in my mind and heart, 'If I can help you with my work, and you will honor the exchange, please find me.' People started walking into the bookstore saying, I'm not sure why I am here, but I think you can help me. I knew I had connected with their soul and that the interaction would serve us both. Talk about angel marketing! Heaven always seeks to bring us mutually beneficial partnerships whether business or personal.
The second tool was gratitute. After each client the angels tasked me to drop into my heart and feel gratitute for the ability to serve that person. 'Thank you God for allowing me to serve this soul. I am ready to help the next one.' They asked me to say this after each client. Discussions of money were not allowed in these prayers. Instead they suggested I focus on my soul's true gratitude. I did love helping people so that was easy. As I focused on the service, rather than the money, two magical things happened. I felt rich because I as able to share my gifts with people and in this vibration people sensed that they would receive help. Secondly, when I removed money from the discussion, fear went away as well. In the absence of fear, business picked up. Soon the two slowest days of the week became the two busiest days. Love is what built my business, not strategy, manipulation, glossy ads, or any sort of conventional means. Just plain love."
Whenever I have put this into practice myself, it has worked like magic for me.
The interesting thing is that I still forget to do it! Especially when things start going well. Sharing it here with all of you has reminded me to make this a daily, even hourly habit in my life.
Give it a try and let me know how it works for you!
The Protecting Co-worker often focuses on weaknesses, and is quick to “rescue.”
The Directing Co-worker often focuses on mistakes and can foster distrust.
The Allowing Co-worker can be inconsistent and often feels ineffective.
The Absent Co-worker can be a loner who interacts very little.
The first two are engulfing work styles; the last two are distancing work styles.
The Empowering Co-worker has an inclusive work style, focusing on strengths and fostering confidence and trust. Empowering Co-workers create affirming and productive work environments.

I watched The Secret several years ago, and (like so many of you) immediately wanted to learn more about the Law of Attraction. I was fired up and inspired knowing that we have the power to create our ideal lives simply by changing our thoughts. Wow. Amazing. An aha moment for sure.
I began focusing on my thoughts and being more aware of whether they were the types of thoughts that I wanted to be having. Would I be thinking these thoughts in my ideal life? And if not, I would concentrate on creating them – happy, positive, loving, inspired thoughts.
I was truly ready to change my life. I was excited to create my new life – filled with only great people, things, and thoughts that I had attracted into it.
Like most of us, I had such good intentions. I though I really gave the Law of Attraction a real go. I had a partner who was right there with me, I had supportive friends and family cheering me on. But things didn’t change – at least not as quickly as I hoped they would. And I became discouraged. Why was it taking longer than I originally planned? Why wasn’t I attracting the wonderful life that I wanted?
And years later, I am realizing that the Law of Attraction is a natural law. We are constantly attracting into our lives things we thingk about whether we are aware of it or not. When I worry about not having enough money, I am attracting not having enough money. When I say my affirmations, but then immediately go back to allowing my inner critic to run the show, I am attracting more of this negative self talk.
When I dream of the life I want but don’t take any concrete action to create this life, I am attracting more of the same into my life – more dreams, but nothing tangible.
The Law of Attraction isn’t magic (although it feels that way sometimes). It is occurring all around us each and every day – it is a natural universal law. We have the choice to create our best lives by working with this law instead of against it.
If we want to live the life of our dreams, we have to be conscious. We have to be aware of our thoughts, our limiting beliefs, and our saboteur. We must begin to take action toward creating our ideal life.
Look at your life right now. If there is any part of it that you aren’t happy with, take a moment to realize that you created it. Your thoughts and actions put you right where you are today. This is a tough one to realize because it’s hard to imagine that we wouldn’t automatically create a wonderful life for ourselves.
But know that you do have the ability to create this life – it’s never too late to start.
I am doing this exact thing for myself. I am constantly going back to my thoughts and making sure they are the types of thoughts that I want to be having. When I catch myself worrying about something, I try to stop it as quickly as I can and switch to an empowered thought.
I try to take action steps toward my dreams – meeting the universe half way. I take a look at my limiting beliefs and counter them with abundant beliefs. And if I fall off the wagon, so to speak, I pick myself right back up and begin again.
Creating your ideal life through the law of attraction is a conscious choice, and it takes constant practice. But I know that it works – I have seen amazing changes already in my own life due to simply changing my thoughts and beliefs. I know that we each have the power within us to do this – so let’s just do it!

Your intention for
manifesting abundance must be high energy with positive
words and images and may include specific numerical
figures. The importance of using high energy positive
language is because your subconscious picks up on the
negative word, no matter what context you use.
We manifest abundance by letting it in and releasing resistance which may show itself in the form of fear, anger and shutting down. The process is similar to prater, with more personal involvement. We must be aware and alert to change and notice when circumstances/conditions are right for manifesting abundance- and then take action!
Here are a few "mantras" that can be used with visualization:
- let abundance into the area of...
- allow $$ __ to flow freely into my life..
- allow love into my life and allow me to send it out
- allow me to stay focused in my ___ work..
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a technique-tool for manifesting abundance. An example of an effective set-up phrase with the EFT "choice method":
"Even though I am struggling with financial issues, I choose to manifest abundance in the form of attracting several( 2-5) thousand dollars per week into my career."
After tapping the points for three sets you will notice your perception of the concept of manifesting this specific abundance skyrocket!!
Since I've been been meditating and tapping with the art of manifesting abundance, I've seen amazing results as have my clients. It is equally important to surround yourself with supportive, high energy, positive people!
If you believe all this is true and find yourself procrastinating in taking steps to manifest abundance, then it is a sign that one or more of these fears are influencing you:
- fear of judgement
- fear of failure
- fear of success
- fear of being controlled.
Pay it forward the concept was great on its own
and then Dawn Abraham CEO of Motivational
Whisperers turned it into the
most amazing free marketing program I have ever
When we give of ourselves with no thought of return, we are amazed at the gifts we receive. Giving selflessly to others is an act of love that can fill us with satisfaction beyond measure.
Not only do we have the opportunity to see how our gifts benefit others, but we get to experience the priceless sensation that comes from offering our care and concern to others. The fact that we are in a position to give allows us to appreciate the overflow of abundance in our lives that allows us to give freely.
Give what you can today in service of others, and your efforts will carry a handsome return. Pay it forward and see what happens!!
Now you can use the very same concept and get your own events, products and even articles marketed for you. You have the same great feeling when you go to pay it forward in this revolutionary exciting program as you do when you pay it forward in life.
Of course this service is free. I have been using it before it opens to the public on Aug. 1st and I love it. I can't wait to go back and pay it forward next week.
You can add new things when you need to. There are lots of people excited about this new way of marketing. For me I feel we needed a different free option to marketing besides Facebook. I can hardly wait until Monday I'm sure I will see you all at Motivational Whisperers Free Pay it Forward Marketing. I haven't been this excited about marketing ever. It's because I may be helping people get their service and products out to the world while I do the same thing I do every day on any social media platform.
I tweet, share and market on Facebook and it isn't much different in that way. The huge difference is I don't have thousands of people doing that for me on any social network. Do you? Who knew that marketing can be this much fun and effective at the same time? I had over 300 hits in 30 minutes on one of my products in there & we haven't even opened to the public. Can you imagine?!
No more e-mails asking me to like facebook fan pages. You can list your facebook fan page for free and get thousands of people who see it and like it. By simply paying it forward for two other members. That's it, except there are thousands of people that are doing this and then on to millions.
The best part is I don't have to worry about anything once I leave other people will be paying my new class forward to everyone they know and so on that sounds like the best marketing plan I ever heard. See you all there and happy paying it forward.
