The world is in chaos. Lots of fear going around and lots of people not knowing what to do with it. We need to release fear now so that personal emotional stress melt down to physical and emotional stress - anger out-of-control is derailed..Yesterday felt like the stock market totally crashed- everyone here in New York was glum and fearful. This morning was a bit better as the market rallied. It closed being down almost 500 points again. I got a call today for my services from HR at a Long Island business. She said that one of her top execs has workplace violence complaints filed against him and that is an "exploding" issue all around..
London streets are heavily patrolled after looting and rioting with the situation having moved to other cities now and the 2012 Olympics in jeopardy. It kinda feels like post 9/11 to me- especially with my daughter Jess and her husband living in London. Rationally I know that they are as safe as crossing the street downtown.
Yet - being human- and a mom- I have been especially on edge the last few days. I release fear several times daily with EFT and know this is helping. That's how come I am sharing my personal script "Release Fear Now" with you and encourage you to substitute your own issues. Please note that I use the set-up phrase while rubbing the "sore spot" for this script (located near the collar bone point either side and rub- it feels good :)). The karate chop set up may be used as effectively.
1. Set Up Phrase:
-even though I am not coping well with this chaotic world I fully and deeply love and respect myself
-even though Jessica is safe in London and I am stressing I fully and deeply love and respect myself.
-even though my other daughter and her boyfriend will be flying there for the weekend and I dont like the idea due to safety concerns, I choose to release my fear now.
2. Short Version Tapping sequence: several rounds with key
phrases using each key phrase thru the entire short
version. You will see that the sequence has several
"reminder phrases" that are negative and then switch over to
positive statements. Of course feel free to substitute your
-out of control
-looting and rioting
-feel calmer now
-BE HERE NOW
OK- now take a fear-stress release breaths with a big and loud exhale.
Now sit back , close your eyes and visualize something wonderfully relaxing- maybe a favorite vacation spot. Enjoy that and settle into a relaxed state for a few minutes or longer.
