I challenge you to look at your Relationship Fitness Quotient!

I've been finding more and more that folk's everything (physical-emotional-relationship) fitness quotient  correlates with their stress-frustration-anger quotient. -  So...with that said  if you think that you have a high stress fitness quotient  then...

Here are some quick and easy suggestions to reduce stress right now:

  • Pay attention to your body, feelings, thoughts and intuitive self!
  • Acknowledge personal stress cues and symptoms!
  • Recognize your tolerance!
  • Pause! Breathe! Detach! Relax! Take a mini-vacation! (Listen to Track #7, below)
  • Change your internal environment!
  • Connect with Nature
  • Physically release and focus: dance, walk, yoga, work-out, etc. (Listen to Track #2, below)
  • Conduct internal "traffic control" several times a day.
  • Meditate and center yourself.
  • Embrace your personal power and spiritual connection.

Quick tips for upping your relationship fitness quotient:

·        Be a great listener and do not interrupt or curse

·        When you find that your fuse is lit excuse yourself and release frustration-anger  link

·        Stay in the present moment

  • *** Acknowledge that the other's perception is just that: their perception.  So...perhaps it is indicated not to take your perception of  the other's talk/action as a personal afront.
