The alarm goes off. It’s a new day. Instead of thinking about all you have to do, you could use this simple exercise to start your day feeling great!
Attitude affects everything you do. You know that, but doubts, overwork, and overwhelm can get you down.
Did you know that something as simple as color can change how you start your day? In minutes you can be ready to take on the day at the top of your game and in-synch with what matters most to you.
This may seem so simple that you might dismiss it. Are you up for an experiment? Okay let’s get on with it.
Ask yourself this:
If there were a color that could help you make this a spectacular day, what color would it be? First color that comes to mind. Now breathe it in, wear it, and be that color. Notice how it affects your day!
Try this each day for a week. It’s better than coffee (although I prefer to use both). It’s simple, natural and oh so effective.
Let me know how this worked for you.

Have a spectacular day!
Creating content for your “live” programs takes a lot of time and effort. Not only are you creating worksheets, handouts, writing the outline, the sales page and the content for the program, you also have the weekly calls that go along with these programs. Those weekly calls, which are more than likely being recorded, will generate even more content whether you decide to have them all transcribed or not.
All in all, you have a lot of content. It’s valuable content too. Its valuable not only in terms of the time you put into creating it, but also valuable in terms of what your clients get out of it.
But how valuable is all that content that you generate, when once you use it for the purpose you originally created it for, if you don’t do anything else with it?
Nothing!
Sure, your clients paid you to join the program because it was valuable content and it was certainly worth what you charged, but here’s the kicker, you only got paid ONCE.
That content is like gold sitting in a vault. Sure, it’s worth money (you spent time creating it and people paid you for it by joining your program) but what’s it doing for you now? It isn’t making you any money now that the program is over and it’s just sitting there is it?
Here is where you can make that content work for you and have it keep making money for you. By repurposing your programs, you can generate passive revenue and benefit over and over from the work you have already done.
Not only that, but more people can benefit from your work without YOU spending any more of your time. I think that’s pretty cool don’t you?
It’s important to remember that your list is constantly growing. All the new people that sign up to your list may not have known about you at the time you were offering your program or didn’t have the time to commit to it when it was being offered. Repurposing can help you reach those people.
Sure, you probably offer two, possibly three or maybe more new programs each year. But you are also spending time creating new content for each one, and again, just using it once.
Another thing to remember is that “live” programs are usually higher priced than home study programs. People expect to pay more if they are working directly with you. However, by repurposing these “live” programs, you are still able to offer a lot of value as well as your expertise.
If people have just joined your list and are still getting to “know” you, could be that they aren’t ready to spend that kind of money until they know more about you, like and trust you. Having a product that they could purchase, that offers a lot of valuable content is a great way of getting people into your sales funnel.
Repurposing your content is a way of offering your services without offering more of your time. Sound good? I thought you’d like that!
It’s about leveraging your time and your expertise!
The end result is having more products to offer to your potential clients. You don’t want them to go somewhere else to find products that they need and that will benefit them. You already have the content, now you just have to package it into a new product.
Don’t leave all your gold sitting in the vault collecting “dust.” Repurpose your content and have it start working for you as well as helping more people.
There are numerous books, classes and retreats on attracting your mate. You’ve spent time, energy and money but are still not in a relationship. Did you ever wonder where the information falls short? Let me tell you, much of the information you’ve used focuses on the other person, focuses outside of you.
The information you’ve gotten allows you to sabotage yourself
blocking you from the relationship you long
for. A feeling of helplessness comes over
you. Another year and you failed at having the
relationship you long for.
So that this year will be different, let’s start with
focusing on YOU. Focus on your
qualities, the things you enjoy, the things that make your heart
sing.
Loving YOU first is the beginning of having that relationship and is easier than you think. This process requires acknowledging and taking the time to really discover yourself. Where do you fall short on loving you? What do you constantly find fault with in you? Do you lament and wish for something different, almost always having a feeling of unease or a feeling of being incomplete?
This is a sure sign that you do not love YOU first!
Exercising control of your mind is the first step in Loving YOU first. Letting go of old beliefs that no longer serve you stimulates the energy to put yourself first. By taking this first step, you open your energy channels to give and receive.
Loving YOU first helps to turn the tables, stamp out the helpless feeling and ensures that you take right action to attract your mate. Using the three tips below gives you the courage and the right to fearlessly embrace your transformation of Loving YOU first.
1. Live on purpose. Using silence and planned mediation, allow your life’s purpose to wonderfully unfold before you. Discover the activities that make your heart sing. Engage joyfully in these activities.
2. Be honest. Be honest with yourself as well as others. What lies are you telling yourself based on false assumptions? The lies that you tell yourself are more harmful than those told to you by others because they undermine your self love.
3. Seek out and embrace new experiences. Your mind is much like a rubber band. Once expanded it never returns back to the original. Nothing sparks the mind like learning something new. Notice how easily you embrace the newness and it becomes a part of you.
Feel confident that you’re doing what’s right for
you. Reflect and meditate to make
sure you’re on your right track. Listen to your inner voice. Most
importantly, enjoy, have fun and know that loving YOU first is
the silver lining for shifting gears to be in the relationship
you desire.

Do you feel overwhelmed?
That's another way of saying the "s" word that someone brought to my attention yesterday makes people feel even worse when they see it in print...
OK- overwhelmed it is! When we feel overwhelmed, we feel "out of control" and often have physical symptoms that are unpleasant or hidden and dangerous. So..how can we overcome overwhelm, accelerate resilience and be fearless? Here are a few suggestions:
1. Change your mindset-reframe, that is think of possibilities from different perspectives that may be less "worrisome".
2. Set aside self-blame and turn it into gratitude
for what you have and have accomplished.
3. Surround yourself with positive people. That is not always possible, so learn how to "shield" yourself from emotionally or verbally abusive people and acknowledge what they are doing-saying is from their perspective and is not necessarily the truth or "right".
4. Take a few minutes each day to reflect on your
feelings.
5. Set specific goals that are realistic and
attainable.
